OK I know I’ve been terrible with updating this blog lately I apologise to all of my loyal fans, which is probably just 1 person right now :-(. Anyway, just a lot of badminton stuff has been going on lately but I’ll talk about that another day.
Well as most of you have probably seen, there was that whole Jet Blue incident today. Yes I’m a sucker for these things that’s why I’m writing about it. I found out about it when Karl IM’ed me and said “there’s an emergency landing in LAX!” I was like “who, what, where, when, how!??” Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see it happen live.. by the time I got home the plane already landed.
I’m terrible for saying this, but I was sort of disappointed that nothing disasterous happened. Just a couple of sparks and that was it.. definitely over-hyped.

But don’t get me wrong, I am glad that no one got hurt! I was thikning that it must have been horrible being a passenger on that flight.. they were probably thinking that they were going to die.. and they had a good 3 hours to let it sink in. What’s interesting is that my brother’s friend was on a Jet Blue flight to NY today. Her flight left the same time as the Burbank flight but it departed from Long Beach. She told my bro that they were all watching the thing unfold on those little tv screens that they get.
btw I was cracking up after reading CJ B’s post regarding today’s incident.. here’s a little excerpt
“Thanks for telling us. Now go back to regular programmig till something fucking happens! There’s NOTHING we can do, and NOTHING that’s going to happen while the stupid plane flys around for 2 fucking hours burning fuel! OMG people, get over it!”
Anyway, off to bed I go…

HAHA! Yes, it really annoys me that they do that shit!
I was kinda disappointed too that nothing cooler happened. But I’m glad that everyone was ok.
Now, let the lawsuits begin!
